Wevilly is a professional networking platform designed for creative professionals in the entertainment industry. We provide tools for networking, job posting, service marketplace, portfolio management, and collaboration.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Wevilly. However, by posting content, you grant us:

A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content
The right to modify content for technical requirements
The right to remove content that violates our policies

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Payment Terms

Premium features and marketplace transactions are subject to payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by Wevilly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEVILLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
